TACTICAL Development Group, is a real estate development and construction company dedicated to investing in Newarkâs residential, commercial, and arts properties and other urban communities. The founding partners, Tolani Onigbanjo, Antonio Hawthorne and Cameron Fontaine, are Newark residents that are dedicated to intentionally identifying development opportunities that continue to move the City of Newark forward. We offer a unique approach to real estate development complimented by our diverse experiences as Newark residents.
Our Story
Formed in March 2018, TACTICAL is answering the call to action from Mayor Ras Baraka for Newark, NJ residents to purchase and invest in city-owned properties, vacant lots and procure contracting opportunities. We connected after attending one of the City-Wide Meetings hosted by Mayor Baraka and from there we decided to pool our resources together and engage in the economic renaissance happening throughout the city. We will offer a unique approach to real estate development complimented by our diverse experiences as residents. We will only be involved in projects that will enhance the Newark experience for everyone that lives, works, and plays in our rich city.
